Recommendations for good performance boat mechanic
 

Need recommendations for a good performance boat mechanic in North Texas (around 250 mile radius). Need a tune up on dual carb blower motors.

I was going to recommend Boyd's in OKC

Boyd's in Norman, OK I think. Also Kieth Scroggins in OKC. Might try RP Elite Marine, but haven't really heard anything about their motor build services. They have not been around as long as the others listed.

What kind of boat? Where do you usually boat? Any pics?

I have a Cigarette 35 Cafe Racer 468CI blower motors 650HP
Usually Eagle Mountain lake but want to get up to Texoma and PK and eventually to the coast somewhere.

I'll post some pictures when I am home.

We boat on Eagle Mountain some as well, my brother-in-law has a sea ray 390 motor yacht and my mother-in-law has a 40ft houseboat both at Lake Country marina.

I know John. He’s primarily fuel injection and way overloaded with work. He didn’t have much advice for anyone local but I’ll reach out to him again.
