Looking to spectate without a boat.

I found the Lake Cumberland Thunder Run. Figured on perching at one of the marinas handing out poker cards to see boats. Is this a good event to do so?

Any other events in TN, KY, NC, SC, GA etc.?

Unfortunately closest races in NOLA. Zero inland racing found.
