Help! In orlando, Bored stiff, Any boating fun?

I am in orlando on business. I will be here unitl friday morning. The conference I am here for is boring me to death. Looking for something boating wise to do either on the atlantic of gulf coast? Any ideas? Any go fast factories in this area I could tour, Any go fast rides out there? Please help. I am so sick of mickey!
