Peanut Island 8/14-8/15
 

Anybody in SE FL heading to Peanut Island this coming weekend? I am off all weekend, thinking of running from Lauderdale to Peanut Island friday night, staying there most of the day saturday, then maybe head up to Stuart or something for sat. night, then back sunday afternoon. Anyone going to be and around next weekend?

Will be out on Sat. and Sun. with the Fountain. Maybe a ride up to Peanut Island on Sat. afternoon. Lake Boca on Sun. then Peanut in the afternoon.

Taboo, Ill be there most of the day Saturday, rain forecast for sunday so i don't think ill head to stuart on sunday though, probably finally take my sister in law and her kids out since thy have been begging since i got it. I have a 38 ZR white w blue trim, if you see me say hello!

Larry, I keep it at the new Aquamarina Hidden Harbor and head out of Hillsboro

i usually put in at 14 st. right up the road. dont think I can make it today, maybe we could meet up next weeend

I think I saw your boat in the cove at Peanut island today will look for it on Sunday if no rain

Larry- I work next weekend, will probably go for a run next sunday morning but have to be back at the dock at 11,

Taboo, that was me, in the cove on the west side of Peanut- the current was a b*&ch today, must have been 3-4 knots when i got there, and all the down current docks were taken. Actually pretty nice in the back cove docks, no current, not much tide, and bigger than I thought- first time back there but I think i might go there from now on.

I was never at peanut island, whats there to do? I usually head down south (hallover..I think thats how u spell it) or just snorkel somewhere. I was planning a day trip to key largo at the end of the month. its easy for me since I trailer my boat
