my 28ft cost about 230/month on a trailer indoor storage in ft lauderdale
|
Indoor storage on a trailer sounds like a viable option, certainly one that I am considering, it can just get old getting the boat on and off the trailer. It makes it tough to just grab some chick and go for a burst, ya know?
I'm really looking forward to using the boat in FL. Watching the old cigs and scarabs motor around the lauderdale canals when i was a kid is what got me pumped up about fast boats in the first place. I heard that the boat scene has been pretty slow down there lately, hope it turns around this winter. |
they could put in in the water for you. it is at a marina you know. if interested let me know. the canal lead to port everglades/ downtown area

My suggestion is Hideaway Marina in Pompano Beach, FL. They are just 5 minutes from the intracoastal and about 20 minutes to the inlet but they are on a quiet canal with plenty of dock space. I drive by that marina every day and I saw a sign advertising storage rates starting at $199/month. The price is most probably for small boats, but it is worth calling them. 954.943.3200. They also have a great service department, which has an excellent reputation, and being a local, I can tell you, there are not many places like Hideaway. They are under a new ownership for about 6 months now and I know they have great specials. Hope this helps. Check out also www.TheHideawayMarina.com
