Can anyone recommend a first class mobile boat detailing company in or near Atlanta?

How about you Poker? There were some mobile detail services in Havasu and they were so busy. We rented a house up in the mountains in the ritzy side of town and I noticed a car parked in one of the real nice homes with the name of the detailing shops on the side door. Turns out it was the owner's house. You could open a detailing business and actually own some of the boats you love. The big money is never obtained working for someone else, but instead working for yourself. This would be a great summer job. Just an idea.

I know what you mean, Bill. I have a good buddy who does his own detail and keeps his stuff spotless. To me it's like yard work, house cleaning etc. I just get no thrill from it and would rather pay someone to do these jobs. I am looking for the right company to clean this new boat every Monday morning and make it like new always, so we can mess it up again the next weekend. Dan

I have a large office building that I keep all my boats in when they are in Atlanta along with my F650. I never leave any of our toys outside. We have bikes, four wheelers, dirt bikes, etc and they all stay inside. I am lucky to live only 3 miles from my business. During the summer, I rent an indoor building at a marina on our favorite lake for the 36 and I call ahead and they launch it and tie it up for us as well as put it back on the trailer and back inside for us when we are done. No marinas here have the big fork lifts that can handle a 36 cat or we would probably use one..

sounds perfect..... Yah its amazing everytime I do down to the Eliminator Factory,, theres always several boats just sitting outside, all dirty, or all wet w/o covers.... all that money and no one seems too care...it can be frustrating to look at....

I always pay cash for my boats and get attached to each one in a different sort of way. Since they are paid for, I don't need to sell one to get another. My blown jet is like riding a dirt bike. It is small and nimble and takes off like nothing you have ever seen. It launches so hard, it will blow itself right out of the water. The 234 Eliminator Edge is a boat we can ski behind and knee board, tube etc and it is a great boat for smaller water. The 36' speaks for itself. The 28' is the first boat I ever sold and it was weird leaving it behind in Havasu. I truly liked that boat, but after a good hard day in the 36' there is no comparison. I also do not get to boat during the weekdays and if one of my boats is broken down, there is always a back-up so we do not miss a weekend at the lake. My bowrider is an older boat I am building for my son and daughter-in-law. It is a jet with a 454 and a great ski/run around/all purpose boat. I built a brand new engine for it, painted it modern and am having interior built for it.
