Atlanta Motor Speedway Question?

Guys - best way to get in and out for the cup race? Time that the traffic gets heavy and any help on where to tail gate before the race. We are coming from ATL.

On a side note - AMS just told me we aren't supposed to tail gate in the parking lot as I just contacted them.... :lolhit:
