Panama City
 

a friend of mine from Texas will be getting married in Panama City this wekend and i would like to tune him and his bride to the offshore boats. i.e. cats..v-bottoms.. the likes.
like what is seen on the magazines and shows.
so, where are the marinas of choice to visit and just maybe be able to hop on a pretty good ride out to sea.
