I don't impress easy but a realtor that I am working with because she did impress me is from Solid Source Realty: Kathy Lane. I'll send you her contact info. She has done wonders for us and because of her performance I believe she could help you too. If not she would know who could.

Member DirtyMoney(Beau) here on the board can help. His wife Tiffiney is certainly the best I've used in the area. She runs here whole team out of the lake Lanier area so she can definitely help.
