Need sea strainer for formula 252
 

Hey all
I am looking at different sea strainers. I see there are some that cost about $180 up to $ 300 - $400.
My question is which do I need and what do I need. I don't want to spend too much but want something that will work for me. I typically cruise in the bay in miami and want some protection for my pump. Also, I have limited space. I was looking at the Greco units ARG series but not sure I can pull the strainer basket out when it will be mounted.

Any suggestions on a sea strainer ? Or should I go with the higher end round buck style found at some of the performance shops.

Also what else will I need pressure valve, etc?

I have a few that I took out of my boat if you want to take a look see including the pickups. No commitment but at least you can see the size. They have flush valves also.
