Hi Everyone,

I'm searching for a decent priced slip (relative I know) in Biscayne Bay on the Miami Beach side preferably close to Flamingo where I reside in the winter. The Flamingo doesn't offer any slips that can handle a 38ft boat. I'd prefer to rent/lease a deeded slip with shore power and pay cash up front but at this point I have no clue where to look. Any help or direction/advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

you can try TNT marina (The old Spinnaker Marina) or Haulover marine.. not to sure on availability..

TNT has great service, mostly dry rack storage, Keystone is around the corner and has some wet slips. Try dock search.com. Everything inMiami is expensive.
