There is an upscale boatel right in the center of Marathon that can handle your boat. I forget the name. I'll be going down next week. I'll get the name and exact location and report back then.
I think you're thinking of Faro Blanco resort. Was there a few years ago for the offshore races. Super nice marina, really nice brand new docks. They have a fuel dock, its all rec 90 though. No lifts, the boat would have to stay in the water. Look around on thehulltruth for launch ramps, that would be my only concern, I briefly looked into doing a trip down there and I remember there not being many options for launch ramps, especially for a 42 and then where do you keep the trailer..? Coral Lagoon may be a good option, theres always a bunch of trailers there...
