I meant Cobalt (as opposed to Caribe, which I think is the name for the condos).
Anyway, if you know Perdido Key/Orange Beach area...see attached:

Is Cobalt a restaurant and is there a bar and restaurant ate FB Yacht club? Do all these places have docks to tie up at or do you have to beach boats? Other good bars or food spots. Is Grand Lagoon State Park boat launch open? Staying in Pensacola but looking for a ramp closer than Navy Point

Grand Lagoon State Park , not sure about that place although the launch at Big Lagoon State Park was open.. The Cobalt I believe has dockage and I know for sure Sunset Grill does. Ate at both places, The Cobalt is more expensive and really good food. Sunset Grill is your typical bar food but its good. FB Yacht Club you just beach it, no docks. The Yacht club was solid for just hangin out. The fried Calimari was the best, onion ring sized, its a must IMO

What tlark said. I launch at Boggy Point, two double ramps, big, and free. There can be a current and you want to avoid the fishing/rush hours but so far it has been great. I surveyed Big Lagoon, it looks good but costs and the road to it is narrow and pot-holed. I found Galvez Landing (Innerarity Point) to be too short for my triple axle trailer.
