looking for owner of....
 

This 1998 30' Spectre out of Ft Meyers, FL. I was hoping someone here would recognize the boat and put me in touch with the current owner. I have a few questions for him. The boat is listed for sale but no one knows the answers to the questions I'm asking and hopefully getting straight to the owner will cure this..

Any ideas? Boat look familiar to anyone?

I called about it a few months ago. I think there are pics of it on davits somewhere. let me know if you need a local to go look at it.

What kinda numbers did you hear when you asked about it? As far as hours, rebuilds, speeds, etc.

Please do your self a favor and fly down to see the boat. I have seen this boat in person on the water within the last 2 months and it is rough!

When you say "rough", what do you mean?? The broker said the same thing.. he used the term "TLC"... But the pics Ive got of it dont show ANY wear or abuse.. What am I missing??? Any help is appreciated. Im hopin to head down this thursday and see it but would like to make sure its worth the trip first!

i just bought this boat 2 weeks ago from a guy name john martini out of SC . it needed some tlc , i own a hi prefromance boat shop down in south louisiana , and me and my guys pulled out all the crap wireing and redid it right , changed a few guages , put new rub rail fixed paint compunded and waxed for 2 days , fixed gell coat ect the boat is like brand new again , the 300xs on it has 132 hrs , on them and in great shape it had been run in a fresh water lake for a wile .
but the jack plates were JACKED UP , one was cracked and one was frozen 1.5 inches high and looked like they tryed to beat it down , so we changed them , we are wondering what is a good hight to put the motors back at ?
and the trailer is the same they guy put fenders on it and new hubs ad wheels , ohh that wireing was crazy !!! and looks like they had some 300x on it at one time are something with all the hipressure lines ,

ohh yea we ran it with the old owner in the lake , 96 mph with some 32 3 blade cleavers,
