Did anybody find out for sure, if that green trailer is always in LowRider mode?

Yes. Wayne specs them out that way so it is easier to retrieve/launch in shallow water and gets the boat down out of the wind for towing.

Notice the new cockpit covers. I wonder if Wayne did that to keep the paint from chaffing? One thing I would not like is the snaps showing, they stay hidden under the rub rail on the other cover. Plus for me, not towing, the cover that goes over the rub rail works better.

Rich.

Saturday we ran with 6 guys that tip the scales to around 1400 lbs, 150 - 175 gallons of fuel, and we could still cruise a little above 70 and leave 800 RPM on the table. So I am running just fine. I am getting more and more comfortable running the boat and knowing exactly where to set everything.

When I ordered my engines the 700s were not available. If they were I would have ordered them just for the drives.

Yeah, I'm not crazy about the cockpit cover setup on the factory boat.
