Default Sunsation and NADA

I don't see Sunsation listed in NADA. Besides finding comparable baots, what methods do yu guys use to determine valuation? What would a bank use for puposes of financing?

btw, I have a buyer for my Scarab... say's he will give me a cashiers check on Friday and take delivery. I think it's a long shot, but we'll see.

There's a really sweet Sunsation in the classifieds, but I won't say which one just yet.

They are there at the bottom of page 6 of the S boats:

Thanks Jupiter!

I also talked with my bank and they have all the details as well. So the question is, will this guy show on Friday and actually have a cashiers check that I will have my bank verify. We would visit my bank in-person to be sure.

If this actually goes through it's going to be tough letting the Scarab go... so many memories and pictures. This may sound completely insane but it's almost like an old friend or member of the family! Probably more than anything it was the boat I met my girlfriend on.

Nonetheless, I want to upgrade and the pain of it all would be put to rest if I find myself next season on a really sweet sunny.

Thanks,

Tom

Nothing Insane about it, we all go through that, still miss my
'01Supra and '03Harley, but once you put those sticks down on that new Sunsation, you will move on just fine. Good Luck!

NADA has really given me the blues during my hunt for a boat. I found several that were in above average condition, however NADA is not able to reflect that and the local banks/credit unions would not budge off that number or include other references, such as BUC.
Thankfully I now have a deal pending on a VERY clean, early Dominator. The guy came down far enough on to make it work with NADA numbers. Will give more details after the survey on Tuesday...don't want to put the hex on it! LOL!

Big thanks to everyone who posts on this forum and helped me with all my research on this! The nights I've sat up reading until 3am for the last couple months! LOL!
