BEWARE!!!!!! 32 dominator

Warning to all, the 32 sunsation dominator for sale on ebay in hudson valley new york is a piece of trash. I closed the loan on that boat last august and drove to give the guy a deposit to hold it for a survey that I already scheduled for the boat. The guy was a total A-hole from jump street. He never even titled the boat in his name, or the trailor. It was titled to a guy in california and still had california tags on the boat. The trailor was litteraly falling apart. Everything in and on the boat was in HORRIBLE condition. The headliner in the cabin was sagging so badly, and when i pushed it up all of the stuffing blew out all over me. Someone took a grinder to the portside prop and the a-hole even had the balls to tell me that a professional did it. the entire gelcoat and paint was in the worst condition I ever saw in my life and the scum line looked as it was sun baked into the haul for years. He even had the nerve to tell me that the boat was detailed that week. Gauges were cracked, all the boat speakers were dry rotted. He even had his son show me the boat, real professional. Please save yourself and get the word out ont the street that there is a guy trying to rip us honest boaters off.

The pictures that he is showing show a great looking clean boat, I was appauled that someone would make somebody drive nearly five hours and tell them how great there rip off was. I also couldnt believe that the guy would let a surveyor look at the boat!!!! Are you serious!!!! Wasted a day of my life for this guy. I was fuming when I got there.

You still haven't found a boat Kev? What kinda financing can you get $$ wise( I know the banks have been giving you a pita). I have my 32 with no power up for sale, have a line on some drop in fresh BBC's I think. Just fig I would throw it out there.

Those are probably the pics of the boat either when it was for sale in CA or when it initially arrived in NY.

John we are buying ankther house and switched gears because of the boat lending situation..... as far as the sunnny on ebay, saw it with my own eyes its a broken down piece of gargbage so the warning is out there im just trying to prevent somebody from going through what I went through. Believe me or not.

sonickevin95 06-03-2012 06:35 PM

I could have killed the guy I was so angry. If u look closely u can see the california tags still on the boat.

sonickevin95 06-03-2012 06:43 PM

I found through google the original posting from when this guy bought it, why someone thinks they can sell a boat that they don't even have a title for is beyond me!

neva satisfied 06-04-2012 07:01 PM

That boat has been for sale for a Long, Long time.

sonickevin95 06-04-2012 07:09 PM

Yea it has and its priced right, so what's that tell you? He can't sell it even if somebody wanted it. Its not titled in his name and he doesn't have the means of getting whole of the REAL owner. On top of all that its trashed. Me and the two other people who happen to be avid that traveled with me are still tryin g to figure out how the boat got into the condition its in??? Maybe it sank.

sonickevin95 06-04-2012 07:15 PM

They happen to be avid boaters was what I meant to say.

POWERPLAY J 06-04-2012 08:12 PM

Eff it! It's an ugly boat any way ya look at it...

sonickevin95 06-04-2012 08:42 PM

Lol.... and a pos. He also told me it did 104mph! And I just fell off the dummy truck yesterday.

sonickevin95 06-26-2012 05:55 AM

Cant believe he keeps posting this thing.

sorry to hear about your wasted time and efforts..i was burned twice before finally getting to work with a good seller. tons of boats and there are 'good' sellers out there..just got to weed through the deadbeats..i ran into title issues as well..guy never transfered boat trailer into his name etc etc..using a plate from previous seller to trailer the boat around lol..idiots!!

catinaround 06-27-2012 10:37 AM

looks like it SOLD for 47K

sonickevin95 06-27-2012 07:01 PM

Don't believe it, unless somebody is dumb enough to buy it sight unseen then its not going to be sold. He had it sold to me for 49k a year ago. Like I said I closed the loan the day before I drove to look at it. Til I saw the p.o.s.

sonickevin95 06-27-2012 07:03 PM

M.g.h. yea man it sucks, that's why im getting the word out. Just to look out for some un suspecting guy like myself

puzzleboy 08-13-2012 08:32 PM

I've owned my boat for 3 years..... Haven't titled it yet! Lol

sonickevin95 08-14-2012 06:02 PM

well thats great..... dont try to sell it to somebody because you technically dont own it if its not titled.

wrong. do some readying, bro. you'll find information that says otherwise.

sonickevin95 08-15-2012 03:00 PM

I can tell you that in the state of maryland you cant title a boat unless someone signs the current title over to you........................................... If you dont title the boat in your name then how do you sign it over???????????????????................ and if you have the old title and its in the person you bought it from's name then signing that title would be considered forgery, which Im under the impression is against the law and so was the lady at the bank that wouldnt except the forged document.................... So what do I have to read??????? If you are in a state that doesnt require you to register the boat then maybe thats the case but surely not in md

sonickevin95 08-15-2012 03:03 PM

im not quite sure why someone wouldnt title a boat in a state that requires it unless you were trying to get out of paying the state taxes on the purchase/sale of the boat, if you get caught then you will owe the original amount then you will be penalized for each month not registered, just happend to a friend of mine who tried to only coast guard certify his boat... then went to pay for the new sticker for the boat and got F!!!ed

sonickevin95 08-15-2012 03:04 PM

bro

brett_p 10-03-2012 05:40 PM

I bought my boat from a guy in Colorado and it was never titled. He was the original owner and Colorado did not require boats to be titled, just the trailer. They did require it to be registered however. All I had to do was apply for a title in Louisiana once I purchased the boat and I had no problems getting the title.

86RedRocket 01-03-2013 08:56 AM

Ok, there's another one in area I knew of, but it didn't have twin 502mpi's. I wasn't sure if it was the same one at first.
