i was high bidder on e-bay,he said he tried to cancel the auction but couldnt do it in time.he said he sold the boat,just doesnt sound right.

That is taller than the shorter one. LOL

might be true! might not! you'll see if it comes back on market in a week or two...

I live near grand island after the auction ended I asked if the boat sold and said if not I live close I would come take a look at I got no response idk I have heard that boat at one time with different engines did over 100mph hot to go racing builds some awesome marine and snowmobile engines..... Just my 2 cents

Don't have any knowledge of this boat. I bought my rebuilt 188 heads from HTG motorsports and no problems and I got 2 seasons on them.

This is what I heard from a guy who knows the story behind that boat. An older gentleman bought the boat from HTG for Mid 50's. He unfortunately passed away. He gave the boat to his neighbor / new owner. Yes this boat has been advertised on CL at 50, 40 and then 30k as it was on ebay. My buddies friend was offering him mid 20's for the boat and no deal. From my understandings this boat was not worth anything over 30k. And yes HTG Racing builds insane power.

I heard it sold to a guy in Rochester NY. Maybe some of the ROPA (Rochester Offshore Powerboat Association) know you bought it?
