Yes it is, perfect condition according to the seller's liberal use of the term.

This has been worked on since leaving our factory. The gauges are different from what we use and at that time we used 496's or 6.2's for power. The paint or wrap is aftermarket also. I would do a thorough inspection before purchasing something like this.

It was probably a stolen/stripped or repo'd boat at one time, and someone put it back together with parts they had, maybe even from a wrecked boat.

Well if it landed on a sandy bottom then it would be a "wet sanded hull" :D
