Sun Pad Repair
My 32 has the logo hatch and I have three small tears of which are 1" or less in length and they are not completely torn but I don't want them to get any worse. Anyone ever tried to do minor repairs to the sun pad and how did you do it?

Is it torn all the way through? I had some small tears show up last season on my pad too but the webbing on the underside was still in-tacked so I just ran a bead of supper glue along it. So far this season they haven't gotten any larger. Not the best fix but it will do for now and it's not that noticeable.

I had a small split in my logo on the 32'. I pulled the cover and sent it back to Mcleod.

You can take a piece of dryer sheet and cut it so that it overlaps the cut by about a half inch on each side, stick it underneath the vinyl and then add super glue to the dryer sheet. This will give it more of a bond than just super gluing the tear. Don't go overboard with the superglue as it could melt the vinyl. Works great and should last a few seasons.
