What rpm are you seeing. If your efficiently spinning those 30's with the 500efi's you should be mid 80's for sure

Where do you run the boat? Low 80’s is about right for an everyday speed for that boat. Mid-80’s would be a perfect weather, light load, perfect water conditions speed assuming motors are still strong.

you start a post saying you have 502 efi's now there 502 blue motors, no such thing as a 502 blue engine, 500 hp, 500 EFI and 525 triple nickle. but there all 502 cu inch

Are the 496 guys the stepped hulls? I've been on a 496 HO stepped hull 2006 and yeah mid-80s are possible under very right conditions.

The newer hulls are stepped hulls. Your 2002 is a straight hull with a pad.
