Pictures of a 24?

Does anyone know where I can see a picture of a 93 24' Sunsation. I'm considering one that is setup for racing and I'll probably want to convert it back to cabin. Id like to see the factory interior.

Thanks, Eric

I have a 1993 Factory brochure that I could send you, it has a pretty good interior shot.

1993 would be a 25' Agressor, same hull as an older 24' Rocket with the exception of a slightly wider pad and 2 1' bolt on swim platforms. The deck lines and windshield are also rounded compared to the square lines and windshield of the Rocket.

Which boat are you looking at?
There were 2 24 Rocket race boats that I remember, A-19 white boat that became 'Not Guilty" then ??? And the A-91 Black boat "Sin Pit" which I last seen about 12 yrs ago in a major state of disrepair.

Lee, That would be great!

The boat Im looking at is all yellow. It does not have any class #'s or decals on it now. Owner says it's a 24. But from what you say, it's a 25 Agressor? It's a project boat with no motor or drive. For sale by a member here on OSO. It's in Jersey.

I have 3 pics of it. Here is one of them.

Thanks for any help! Eric

Lee,

Not Guilty is still around. My son and I race it as P5-79.
It is a 1989 Rocket. We raced four times last year in OPA and APBA.

pics?

Lee, have you had a chance to get the pics from the brochure?

I am waiting for him to send me some more pics of it before I drive 1700 miles to look at it.

Thanks, Eric

Eric, I sent you a PM.
The deck does not look correct to be a Sunsation, The V where the cupholders are should go on a angle right down to the deck, in the pictures there appears to be some sort of ledge there, like an old "daycruiser" maybe just a shadow? pics #2/#3.
Check the H.I.N.# for prefix GFL or SP3

Checkmate,
We will get you more pics of the boat this weekend. Lee is somewhat correct about the deck. The boat was one of a few made by Sunsation as a raceboat, the cockpit was moved further back, after it left the factory. The two "holes" are not cup holders-but the cut-outs for the compass'. We will also furnish you with the HIN#, allowing you to verify any information.
The boat currently has a 468 engine, and a new Bravo I drive-with test time only-maybe three hours. We are looking at stepping up to a larger hull (to race), so we would sell it complete, or hull only.

That sounds good. I'll be waiting for the pics.

Thanks, Eric

I know this is an Old thread but i was searching for the old sin pit boat . long story short. I use to work for Sunsation . the boats in the brochure I helped build also sin pit was built before i worked there but at some race i want to say it was the ohio race. it had busted up the hull alittle . so my Boss Wayne. owner of sunsation had me go inside the cabin area. through a small cut out in the midship bulkhead and grind and reglass the inside of the hull and add some more supports. Other than my normal pay i wanted a ride in sin pit from Tony who agreed to the ride but i never got it. :( at the time i was told it was a 90 mph boat my young thoughts was cool . the boat was later repainted and the sunsation was taken off and sin pit was airbrushed down the side. Tony had bought it as a complete pleeasure boat took it back to sunsation to have it converted to race boat. they glassed together 2 hatches to make the extra long rear hatch. filled in the midship bulkhead to make it stronger.removed rear seats and added a center console for the shifter and throddle. thats about all i can remember about the boat it had large k planes on it and basiccly a prostock motor .
I use to have a sunsation advertisement video where we went out on the boats and raced around a big boat and video taped the rockets buzzing around the final video was done to the song new sensation LOL

Sorry to resurrect such and old thread, but I am current looking at an old race boat. The current owner says its the old "The pressure on" race boat that was sponsored by Sunsation at one point and it may have been formerly know as "sin pit". I do have a HIN I'm wondering some more information on this boat. some google searching hasn't really resulted in much. I've also looked on this forum for some more answers. reaching no avail. let me know ho can help.

Regards,
3D
