St Cloud 2006 News
News article -
Power boat racing set to return The Florida State Offshore Championship Race will return to St. Cloud’s East Lake Tohopekaliga during the Rotary Club’s Spring Fling 2006. The event will take place on the city’s newly refurbished lakefront from March 30-April 2 with the championship race, which is under the auspices of Super Boat International and the American Power Boat Association, on April 2. This will mark the 17th year of powerboat racing in St. Cloud, although 2005’s event was canceled because of ongoing construction. That work, which will be completed well before the Spring Fling, includes 144 boat slips and a new marina building that will be used for VIP and sponsor viewing of the race. Link to Article |

Re: St Cloud 2006 News
OPBRA had the GOLD CUP it was cool when there was still a small divisional series in Florida. Now we need to figure out how to get Holiday Isle back as a race, anyone know who to talk to about that?
