I believe Bertel is referring to Brett holding the money.

I think the duel will take place, just not with Steve's chosen attorney holding the funds. That leads to the question of - who would be a suitable escrow agent in Bertel's opinion?

Guys....I don't think the money thing will be a problem....
I'm sure the teams from OSS will pitch in to come up with the $15, 000,

Here is an idea...I'm sure all the OSS racers want to see this race happen...because I'm sure they will promote it someway for there Destin race....why not have all the teams who win prise money in the OSS race in Orange Beach donate $1,000 to the slush found....I'm sure all the OSS racers want to help Bertel, being he is a board member...they must all look up to him....

Problem solved....

And if you need anything approved from the Coast Guard for this race let me know...I can go right to the top and get it handled...they have told me...if I ever need anything taken care of to come directley to them and they will get it done...

I think that the bigger problem is that Bertel cant run that boat by himself... let alone at any speed.
