These two are going to be THE force in Outlaw Performance class in the future.
Congrats Guys!!

I think he's had it for quite a while, (actually, don't think he ever lost it), but a new beautiful wife and a couple of cute lil kids kept him at home for a few years. Brad has always had a great feel for what a boat is doing, and is still one helluva throttleman. Jason is also very talented and really knows setup. It doesn't surprise me that these two come out swingin and take home a gold.
Dawn, if it's all the same, I'll just shake his hand and tell him it's from you. He'll get the idea. ;)

Whew!!! I just got back to Kansas City, after a long day of flying, after an even longer night of Celebrating!!! The Race was GREAT!!! Jason did a wonderful job driving the Boat!!! The ole' Saber really impressed us, it cornered like it was on rails. It was an honor to race against Mr. Gazell in the Great Adventure!! I would have never thought it would be such a close race with two completely different boats!! (an outboard cat vs. an old school v-hull) It made for a FUN race!! We got a little lead at the start but they got by us before the first lap was up. So we had to play catch up, after three laps we realed them in and slid past them, by then Jason and I were really getting more comfortable with the boat and were able to stretch out lead and hold them off for the rest of the 8 laps. I'm really proud of Jason for winning his first race, he and Joel worked a lot of long hours getting our boat ready and it was nice to see it pay off for them. They are great guys and I'm lucky to have them on my side!!!

Also, we couldn't have done it without Dennis and Marci and the guys on the D&M crew!!

I was also fun diceing it out with you Extreme guys!!

I have come to realize that I have more of a addiction to these damn boats........ then what I thought!!!

Thanks for all the kind words guys!!!

and a BIG thanks everyone at Fountain for such a Great event!!!

Correction to P5...we weren't there. Only Crazy Chicken who ran unopposed.

Nonetheless, they said they had a great time! We'll have to plan on making it next year.

Early was probably thinking he saw your shadow lurking over his shoulder. He was running like a Crazy Chicken.

Are you going to PCB?

Congrats to Brad and Jason for their win. They ran a great race. The boat turned like it was on rails. We couldn't stay with them in the turns. Both our Gps readings were at the max of 82mph on the nose. It was nice to see how gracious their team was after their win. It was a hard fought race and the best team won. Nice to see they aren't afraid of a cat. These guys are for real. Congrats again guys, we'll see you next time you come out to play.
Rodney and I will try to make it a little closer next time.
