This boat is registered with OSS as a Super Vee (525's), it did have a bulkhead (wall) just behind the driver/throttleman, that was moved back about 5-6ft, put in a floor and tons more. He did put in three rear seats but it was too tight to sit comfortably so he took those out. We ran this past weekend with nothing in the rear seat area but he will be putting in two seats.

Thank you. We are definetly going to look at several other options next year. Riverdays has taken place roughly the third weekend of August the last 30 years, however, I think I could move the date up or back one week to fit the schedules better. Already started for next year....

Who owns the old Twisted Sytx 34 Phantom? I have not seen that awesome looking boat in years! IS the Pier 57 boat the same one that ran APBA back in 2000-2001? Awesome looking boat too.

Poo, then what boat was just pictured above in the photo? Looks like Twisted Styx doesn't it? I always wondered what happened to Bob and Terresa and Jaci. They were awesome and had some nice rigs back then. It was a site to see those boats come in for inspection stacked on top of each other.

Mike, the boat is now owned by Jim Simmons, he ran it as a Factory 2, changed over to a P4 couple years ago.

I'll have to check my APBA records to see if that was the old Pier 57 boat.

Simmon's boat is the former Twisted Stix F-2 boat. I would guess that boat has run in over 100 races..and is still winning.

Its counterpart, the Twisted Chix F-1 boat has been refurbished by Will Smith and is for sale at the Phantom shop in Sarasota.
