Jumbotron in Hollywood
 

Well folks,

It looks like I will have to eat my words...and maybe some crow, on this one.

I learned today that there are plans to have a Jumbotron of sorts in Hollywood....a joint venture between SBI & AMF.

While I can see the benefit of this at this event, where there will be thousands of paying spectators attending a festival on the beach...I still have my doubts that this should be a standard at all events.

Perhaps I'm wrong...but I think if your going to spend the money....it could be spent more wisely on other types of promotion.

But hey...it's not my money....so what I think doesn't really count.

I hear that if you use a lot of seasoning and some bar-b-que sauce...crow isn't that bad.

Be grateful there are people like AMF to put this sport in the public eye, I don't know of any other team that has put out the kind of money & time that Haggin & AMF has to promote this sport for ALL organizations Ken. Enjoy the crow, I'll pass you the salt:drink:

Gentlemen,
AMF, is just trying to reach out to all fan's on the beach.
Advertising on the road next to the Hard Rock Casino of the upcoming race in Hollywood.
Without advertising, nobody will know we are racing!
I would rather race with thousands of fan's watching on the beach, than without!
