Update on Rollin Vengeance
 

Thank you to everyone for your concern, I spent the better part of last evening at Holy Cross with wheels and the phone was non-stop and we appreciate it. Wheels is in great spirits and is focused on getting back in the boat, he is scheduled for surgery today as he has a broken left femur. They will be inserting a rod in his leg and will stabilize it with an external fixator. As for me I'm just sore and a bit stiff. Get Weel Soon Wheels
 

Lets all pray for a speedy recovery for Wheels. I stoped by the hospital last night and to visit and hes doing good, as for Tague and I we are fine but very sore and look forward to getting back in the boat, we will keep everyone posted on the recovery and the status of the repairs to our boats. It looks like Doug Wright is going to be a busy man for the next few weeks. Paul stay in touch via phone.

Rick and I would like to again say thank you to all for the outpouring of support. Rick was scheduled for surgery yesterday and at the last minute the surgeon decided against it and opted instead to try and set it with a soft cast. The confusing part is that as of now Rick is lying there with a clean break of the femur but they still have not so much as put a splint on it. They did a precautionary CAT scan last night and we'll have the results today, he said he feels real good so were not expecting anything from the CAT. I'll continue to keep everyone posted

Hey Wheels hope everything goes smooth for ya.

UPDATE: Wheels is home and recovering, the leg is in a soft type cast and the doctors have asked him to take it easy to see if the femur will start to heal. He has a follow up visit later this week to determine how the leg is and if it needs surgery, we are keeping our fingeers crossed it starts healing
