Why aren't there more race boats in FL?
I'm wondering why there aren't alot more race boats racing in Florida? The economy seems to be and has been good plus so many boats are made there. Not to mention the history. What's up?

that's cool. I was thinking that we only have 5 or 6 six race boats total racing from Michigan and this is the home of Garwood, Skater, Ocean Express, Active Cat...etc.. But we really don't have a lot go fast boats total. Everywhere I go it's all Older Sea Rays, Bajas and Bayliner types. First I thought may be it was the economy but I am beginning to think that we just don't have a population of fast boaters. Florida on the other is the home of Miami Vice and all that. So I was just wondering what are the opinions.
