Dania Beach Race *canceld*

Hi , this is for all the Fans ,Sponsors and fellow Racers.

Very sad the way it is with the economy right now.
I hope to see you in NY for the next event.

just got my e-mail which says that the race in Dania Beach is canceld.:eek:

The City of Dania Beach has had to do some budget cuts this year, putting a major hardship for the race. I have also checked with the race teams that would be participating in the race, but due to the economic conditions of today and the added fuel prices, they too are cutting back on the races they can participate in. Based on this information, it is in the best interest to cancel the Dania Beach race.

The next race for Super Boat International/APBA Offshore is New York on September 5 to 7, 2008. This should be a great event and we hope see all the teams there.

I will be tied up with a Red and Black 23 Wellcraft with a V-paintjob on the side, and possibly a 23 Proline full of women:eek:, just in case my little boat is hidden from site like usual, I'll try to tie up on the inlet side.
