Rooms at Doubletree for NY Race

I'm working with the sales dept. at the Doubletree in Jersey City to get some reduced room rates. They've drropped the rate to $199.00/night - - but we need to have at least 10 rooms. The host hotel is only $110.00 wouldnt that be easier ??

The Doubletree is a lot closer to the dry pits and easier to get into the city.
