I thought the first race of 2010 was the KW worlds?

Bill when did they split the super v unlimited class last year? I thought it was at the beginning of the 2009 season at Key West. All you and pete have to decide is how fast you want to make the class. My suggestion was somewhere between 117 and 125 range. Like you said it would be a little safer if that is possible. There is over eight weeks and I don't really think anyone in the class is running over 125 because we have running in P1 with a 115 set up and have been in the mix.

Steve,
From my conversations with these guys it looks like it's NOT going to happen.
They don't want to run against the cats or opa guys.
They don't want to run against ilmors, 850's even with a break out speed that they can make.
They do have three boats and the other fountain with the stock 525's will be allowed.
They don't want to run against the lucas oil.
So they have one boat with 750's, 650's and 950's Frank.
So next race we will have 4 boats running together in 3 classes again.
Brett

There are many Boat Racers in Offshore. They are sometimes hard to spot amongst all the trophy collectors. I will package up an entire room of trophies and flags and ship them at no charge to anyone who can guarantee me ten boats in my class (however you define it) heading to turn one in Key West.

I like that trophy collector term.
Thats a real nice way of putting it.

I am really interested in running NC,CLW,KW, but i am not sure what class to run.

TeamTaboo 09-02-2009 07:26 PM

What motors do you have in your boat, that will tell what class

Xtremeracing 09-02-2009 08:49 PM

Bret ,

It was great meeting you in Mich City looking forward to racing with you guys again. We hope you decide to run SVU with us again, second wasnt to bad for your first start

BAD APPLE 09-03-2009 09:59 AM

Earthwerks,
You have one badass Fountain that I raced many races next to but with the current rules you are probably a P1 or P2 boat if you still have Dennis's stock 525's. They will let you run SVU509 but you will be way underpowered. You'll probably still beat frank though. Just kidding Frank.
