P5 is now P4 all they did is move the speed from 75mph to 80 mph....And combined all the single engine boats so the single engine smaller boat dont have to run againt the bigger twin engine boats. Some of the single were running P5 and some P4 so now it falls in the middle at 80 mph and you will have a strong class with a bigger boat count.

P3 is 95 mph max speed not 90 mph...P4 is single engine ONLY.
