Comment:
Well the word is Kyler and Joey picked up First in O/B Cat and Loriblu took the win away from the Stihl boys on the last lap. KAP |
Stihl and Loriblu put on a heck of a race. Not sure who won though. All together it was a great event and the boat turnout was good also. I believe 29 boats participated. A few breakdowns int the second race but a big thanks to all drivers who showed up.
|
Talked to the Loriblu crew and they did take the win in SCL. Came down to the last lap on the last straight away. Great win for that team!!
|
Is it weird that S-1 is still on the old boat and Talbot still has S-29?
|
Thank you .

Had a great time, and what a great place to have a race, the establishments right there at the water neext to the pits were Key. Kerry and crew did an excellent job. Thanks again for feeding me Frank, next race I am bringing a grill:drink: Rick |
Awesome event and great race site. Good job to everyone.
S-1 Risk / GB was in the lead when they had a minor failure. Tlbot was running a strong second nd took over the lead for the win. CONGRATS! Complete results here..... http://superboat.com/2011-cocoa-beach-results/ |

Anyone know what happened to Joe Cellelo and Wheels in the Castronova boat. Looked like they had hydraulic problems with the trim? Boat was running real slow? KAP |
They didn't have any issue, finished right behind us, guess that means we were running slow too, huh?

Had a great day at the Bar with Jerry and his family, we put the race on all the T Vs. Very cool to watch you guys live on the tube. Must have been 60 or 70 people watching the race inside and the day was a blueprint day. Hats of to Coco beach and SBI and all that participated. GREAT RACE . Boat racing is just the coolest thing ever. Jeff

Thanx to everyone who came out and supported the Teams in Cocoa Beach. Perfect racing conditions and a great race between Loriblu/Fastboats.com and Stihl in the Supercat class with Loriblu taking the checkered flag.
|
Velocity won, DarDevil 2nd, Formula 3rd. National Guard and Peters & May did not make a start.
