Important Info. For Ny Race......
Please go to the SBI website..www.superboat.com...... and get all the up to date information for this years race.
Due to the memorial events for the anniversary of 9/ll race dates and times have changed. On the SBI website look to the right side of the page and click on NY race......... All those support boats who usually show up for this race need to let us know if you will be available for this early morning race......you can send in a patrol or medical boat form to the office on the SBI website. Some of the info for NY race includes the date has been changed to SATURDAY...SEPT. 10........at 9 AM AND BOATS MUST BE OFF THE WATER BY 10 30
Homeland security will be monitoring the entrance to the park as Governor Christie will be attending the memorial event so additional entry ID'S will be necessary. Go to the website for other changes and information www.superboat.com |

I guess you need credentials to view the races as a spectator from the park?

We will know later in the week about the logistics for the park. You can also go on to any of the EMPTY SKY MEMORIAL websites to see if there are credentials for the NJ memorial service that will take place at 11:00 a.m. immediately following the race.
If it is open to the public, local websites will probably have more info. |
