SB sighted in TX, all black with triple OB's
 

We were out cruising in the Sea Ray this afternoon and RA caught a glimpse of a ~30' SB, with triple evinrudes, all black deck and hull, she thinks its name was "Fast Forward II". Anybody know anything about this boat?? Couldn't chase it down at 15kts :)

To that end, I have talked with the V-10 guys in canada about re-powering the Sea Ray, the calculated speed would have been 39 kts and the hull would have been chine walking!!!!!! All that for a meer $52K, engines FOB Canada!!!!!!!!

Superboats do get around the country. That boat was from boston and now in texas. MIne was in texas and now back home on Long Island.

From what I rememer it was early 80,s and its a 30. Thats all I know.

Sounds like a really cool boat.. got any old pics of her? How'd it run with the trips? What motors did you have on? Handle good or ass heavy?
