Okay, the mag may not be released until June 22 one vendor told me, but I got mine at Boater's World. This mag is very good and don't let the name fool you - they do LOTS of go-fast stuff. The shots (8 or nine) in there are from the Biloxi races and are part of a whole write up on the weekend. I 'm still hoping we get a full feature in Hot Boat and/or Poker Runs America mags as well.

Gary, don't bother with Barnes & Noble. I've looked all day and can't find it. I think a boating store is the only place to find it. That's what I was told also.

OZ - Heck I just showed up!! :D

The magazines sent photographers to the race events, and they covered the Poker Run. When they saw the SB they flagged me down and started snapping photos! Hot Boat did a full shoot with a 'model' (the marina owner) and the guy that did F&P Boating Magazine also writes for Poker Runs America. They all said there were no promises any of the pix would ever be published, but to watch the mags for 2-3 months after the photo shoots........

Thanks. I'll keep my eyes open...I ordered Poker Runs America over a month ago and havent recieved anything yet...I sent them an email and haven't recieved a reply yet either...Whats up with that?

Family and Performance Boating Magazine is way cool. They just did a photoshoot for my 33' Powerplay....it should be in the August/September issue :D

I am looking forward to seeing the Superboat article and pictures.

As for the PR guy, it's all about the boat, baby!! Being at the boating events with a new Y2K draws it's own attention.....not that I mind, of course ;)
