LOTO Shootout
 

Anyone with a Y2K going to be at the shootout at LOTO This weekend? I thought we had made a decision on a boat, but now I want to take a look at a Y2K. Seems like a lot of boat for the money.

Living in OK, it is a bit hard to just "drop in" at Superboat. I am going to be in Hershey, PA in late September. If no one is going to be at the shootout, there's maybe someone around that area?

I read your build thread. How happy were you with the whole build process? I was just about ready to pull the trigger with another builder, but after talking to someone who recently built a similar boat, I'm having severe second thoughts.

I talked with John last night for a short while on pricing and whatnot for a 24 & a Y2K. The pricing is fantastic. Did you get your cabin finished? Our boat is going to be a family fun boat more than anything. Looking at 496 HO, finished cabin, possibly hyd, steering. Doesn't need to be a camper on water, but needs to be nice enough to spend all day on.

How is the sit down driving? You get beat up in the rough?
