I'm not a superboat expert. But the boat looks to have very little in common with the superboat except maybe the narrow beam. That boat looks flimsy to say the least.

MIC in hull number is listed to "New Jersey Homemade Boats" which it further reads that was a 'federal' or 'state' issued hull number.
