Anything With A Tranny , A Drive Holding 10 Quarts Of Gear Oil Is Going To Suck 50 Hp Unless Its A Dry Sump. What Kind Of Props Does The Sage Take ? Big Shaft Merc ? This Is A Combination Rob , Where Are You Getting Props From ? Any Racers Out By You That You Can Beg / Borrow And Steal From For Testing ? Also Gear Ratio For 100 Mph A 1.50 Should Be Fine. Years Ago You Needed A 1.36 Because The Props Could Not Keep Up.

There is a reputable prop shop out here Bronson HIll Porpellers that I already talked to about help dialing in. I haven't yet talked to Coen but in light of the prices Rick posted for the Konrad "Ace" I don't think thats the one we'll go with. I'm leaning towards the IMCO 1000 but I haven't crossed the Max Machine off the list either. They are both semi local to me (400miles or closer) so Parts or tech help will be much easier to get. I lite a fire under my engine builders ass last night to get rollin on parts round up. It's still gonna be atleast a week or 2 before the motor hits the dyno. When is the Hull rolling out of the glass shop Rick? And are the canopies in yet?

If all goes as planned, your hull should be out of the mold around thurs or friday. Then another few days to put the deck on and glass it all together. So I figure around the 15th, give or taks a few days.
