Twins
So does this mean twin sb in a Y2K is not practical or cant be done? Would it not run right? I know it would cost a lot of extra $$$$$.

Re: Twins
For me it came purely down to money... I just can't justify what its going to cost.

But a twin engine hull with the stagger and rigging is going to be a lot more $$ than a single. |

Re: Twins
Fast Fun,
It might cost more money for twins, buuuuut.... It's still alot less then 145K for another boat with a single 525hp. The main reason I would rather go with twin SB's is the longevity issue. I know they'll last longer then 40 or 50 hrs thats what a blown BB usually lasts. If that. And the cost of a rebuild is waaaay up there compared to a SB. Rick |
