I would guess 3300lbs, less motor drive, sterring and trim pumps,
My boat weighs 4650 dry with HP500 and XR,

weighed with Race Deck (60lbs?) by crane

Eddy, was that the race layup (I assume) and did you do the mounts for crane pick up or did Coen?
