NEW Model 21' Millenium !!!!

Here are some shots of the first 21' Millenium center console with a IO. It has a 5.0 Mercruiser EFI, 260 HP.
Tomorrow Coen and I will take it for it''s maiden voyage. GPS will be on board. And I will have running pics up tomorrow. |

Going out was fine, plenty of sun and it was bearable as far as the temperature goes. BUT... the ride home at around 4:30 was a different story. F$@#*&G Cold !!!!!!!! The boat ran beautiful.

Honestly 60mph with a vary fuel efficient SBC package in a fish boat would be great... I like the boat in general FX; how's that 24' hybrid coming along? One change I'd make is to get rid of the divider on the rear bench and move the throttle. Being able to run with 3 people across the back would be nice. Good Luck with the new product... :cool: |

It did 60 the first day. Coen still has to do some dialing in. We were'nt expecting more then 65. As you said, it's only a 5.0. The back bench can seat 4. 2 on each side of the shifter. |

John, I think he was thinking of making an affordable family boat. The outboard version is over 10K more. Outboards are a fortune. The 5.0 EFI is around 8K for the whole package, and with a 6 year warranty. I happen to like it. And there is room for 4 adults on the back split bench. If you look at the close up of Coen, you'll see around 2 feet of room next to him. The boat has a sun pad if your wife or girlfriend wants to lay out. Or you can stow the cushions under the hatch and use it for a fishing platform, it has a non skid surface.

That I/O not only cost half as much as 250HP outboard, it probably burns half the fuel... :cool: I do like the boat Rick, but I still say the throttle should be moved so there could be a bench across the entire rear. Not only for more room but so that one could walk around the center console. So is there anything new on your FX24'? should I drag up your old thread? :drink: |
