X-dimension on a non-stepped 24

Anyone know what the "standard" X is on a non-stepped 24?

Approximately 17.5 inches...
The prop shaft on both my 1997 24' Super and my 1989 24' Pantera where about 5" below the V.
This is the perfect spot for a 3 or 4 blade prop and a little low for a 5 blade.

Thanks Pat, I am at 17" and I think a 1" shortie may work well with that Bravo prop.

The 24 we went 102 in had the bullet at about 2 inches below the V

Yes, I think a 1" shortie would work with the 4 blade on your boat.
T-Mone has been thinking 1" short on his Pantera too. He runs a 5 blade Hydro P5-X.

Hey Jeff,
What kind of prop?
5 or 6 blade H prop?

I think Jeff had a 6 blade Herring. But I could be mistaken.
