Anyone know where I can get NADA or values for a used Superboat?

I did not read through the 14 pages but looks like a survey is the only way to go? Trying to estimate a 1985 Tempest with twin 250hp Yamaha's - motors are early 2000'ish with very low hours. Boats in Florida now and in very nice shape for a 1985, one of Aldos from Lindenhurst old 30's hulls from a few years ago.

I think the 30 Tempest was in the NADA or the Kelly blue book . Can't remember which one but when I was trying to buy the Y2K I saw it , but yea the survey is the way to go but check with your bank before you spend the money

My bank was breaking my balls over a value too. They jacked up my rate 2% to an unsecured loan. They said that they could not establish a value.

They talked to JC, but that still didn't work. I ended up refi the loan with home equity at a much lower, tax deductable rate. Plus, I have a clear title.

The lady from the bank gave him a description of the boat and he gave her an estimated value. It was REAL close to what I actually paid for it too.

The thing too was my loan was for only approx. 50% of the value and the bank still gave me grief.
