Well if we are doing trailer pics....

Storm came through right when I got done cleaning :lolhit:

I couldn't get any of the 21 floating off the docks like I wanted to.. ramp was really busy with little fishing boats (which all seemed to not know how to launch and retrive)

Got some new #s outta the 21 running a 27P mirage (old style). I might have to spin my solid hub 29 mirage next time and see what happens.

Turning 5800rpm on the msd limiter and tabs down 3 notches with the stock bravo= 11% slip:

Added some bling to the bilge!! (best part is no more oil leak from the trim pump)

Interesting, do you have any more details on how that was done?

no....all i know is that was what they started with as a base and they cut it up, modified it, added a step and lengthened it...

i can tell you this having owned a 21 super and now this boat the ride and handling are a million times different....i like the ride of the kryptonite better than the 21 super...the step loosens up the boat at lower speeds so when your cruising you can really feel the bottom working where in my opinion in a 21 superboat the bottom really starts working at higher speeds....the extra length of the kryptonite helps it ride a little softer in the rough and so far i think it rides as good as my step 24 did but not as good as a straight bottom 24.....the 21 super is better through S turns and stuff where this boat feels a little porky the 21 feels like a little porsche on the water...also speed wise i havent really gotten this thing dialed in yet but i am going to venture a guess that its gonna top out in low 80s....my 21 super with a 250 yamaha would whip this things azz given that it did 86 with the 250....hang equal power on them and the super is gonna have 10mph on the kryptonite....for me having owned all of the above boats i would say the krypto is a good happy medium...mine has no cabin but the full deck uncut version has a huge cabin and is a great all around boat....if you like the rough stuff then the straight bottom 24 super is king with the stepped 24 being close second....if your a bay blaster the 21 super is the best rocket....IMHO

elvisali 09-23-2011 09:13 PM

I have seen Georges new toy up close and as usual...the rigging is amazing....George does one of a kind work

noli 09-24-2011 05:42 AM

George, please show us more pics of the internals, especially the rigging. Wanna see more of your great work

I was told a Kryptonite was faster than a Activator but not in bigger water maybe they are talking about 27'not a 21':drink:But if Super boat is faster hull with equal power then great hull :drink:

Nice video! Looks like you accelerated pretty fast and would of went right by him if the water was smoother.

Size matters in that situation. I noticed a big difference going from the 24 to the Y2K. I run WOT over stuff that I couldn't in the 24.

ndaniels 10-09-2011 09:14 PM

Yeah, it gets with the program pretty quick now. (Ran a best of 90 during the day)

I started trimming it out right before I crossed over the wake, but she does a little better if I keep the drive tucked. Only so much you can do running those speeds in it crossing wakes at a gentle angle. My friends 32 Hustler got outta shape as well right as I was passing him at the end, so I didn't feel too bad.

Really knocks it around when the wakes hit you at a gentle angle like we had to at 85+. What are you gonna do though? Not like there is much that won't move around as far as v bottoms go.. it does good for its size, but it would be nice to have an extra 6ft or more.

ndaniels 10-10-2011 07:13 PM

Came across another one. We come into screen from the left.. its the tail end of a run with Byron and his very nice 22 Donzi.
