Anyone have a Bimini top on a 24
 
Just bought a 93 24 SB and looking for pics of bimini top set ups. thanks

I had one, I think I used it three times and then it kept cool under the house for 3 years, I dont have any shots with it on, but in the attached pic, you can see where the mount was. So you used to put the bimini in the mount, attach with a push pin, and then there was two straps on the front and the back. The front straps attached to clips which were right next to the throttle if my memory is correct, and the back ones attached to the space between the splash well and the back seat, they were near the center of that section. If I had it still, I would make those mounts one of the sliding kind, and not the permanent kind, this way when the top was down, you could push it back and rest it on the well. with the set up I had, you couldnt push it all the forward or back and not have it be in the way when it wasnt up. Personally, I didnt like driving it with it up, it was slightly handy when idling, or at the beach, but overall, I didnt find it very useful...best of luck with the new boat

I have a bimini for my Y2K. I haven't used it yet. I usually use an Anchor Shade. I'll post some pics of the mounts later when I get home.
