I wonder how hard it would be to extend the cockpit on the OB models? Seems like a lot of unused space otherwise.

I'm excited to watch this one!

I have had a hard time finding out much about outboards on the Y2K. I know that one other one was built a long time ago, but not much info out there about it. Sounds like the CC worked well and the old tempest was always awesome with outboards.



The new transom/swim platform looks great! Should make it fairly easy for boarding and alot more user friendly... also, I think it will give it a nice finished look with the outboards.

Definitly want to see what the full deck will do with twin 250's

I was talking about it the other day and how I think it could be a really nice setup... so much room for storage in the bilge. Looks like a guy could put a small generator back there and have onboard a/c in the cabin while anchored. It'd make a good performance boat for a couple to travel/explore in (especially with twin eggbeaters)
