30' Superboat
 

Do the older (non stepped) 30' Superboats have a pad bottom?
Also how big is the pad on the 24'? Thanks

no pad on either boat...just a straight deep v.. after around 1981 the boats had a cove in the back of the hull..not exactly shure how big on either..the 21 is the only one with a pad bottom...

Thanks George, I posted a question about a 24' a while ago from my understanding the new step bottom 24' have a pad. What do you mean by a cove in the back ( notched transom ? ) Do you know if Superboats are cored, hull?, deck?

Here is a pic of the bottom of my '98 24. It has a "step pad" bottom. The pad is approx. 8' long. There is balsa core in the hull and deck. No coring in the sides.
