Superboat 24
I currently own a 1991 24ft Challenger with a 454mag. that runs 71 on gps. Im looking to buy something a little faster and better in rough water, and the 24ft Superboat caught my eye. The boat Im looking at is a 1985 with twin 200 merc O/B, it has been completely redone including rebuilt powerheads, and lower units, new interior with pirelli flooring, gaffrig gauges, lathem controls, hydraulic steering, and chopper props. The price is 26000 with the trailer. Does that sound to steep. Any input on this boat would appriciated, estimated top speed, rough water capabilites, etc.. Thank you in advance. Matt

i this a yellow or black boat there are 2 for sale on long island now
ocean outboard has the yellow one the last time i saw it was mint black one is at true north pretty clean but not as nice as the yellow one ive seen them go hi 80's with that power on them if you have any questions email me at [email protected] |
Actually it is the black one, but i did see the yellow one. I thought the black one would be in better shape because of the price, maybe I should check out the yellow one instead.

I just got off the phone with John at ocean outboard, the boat is a 86 with 1993 merc 2.5 o/b. The price is 16900, he said the boat is mint. I live in Syracuse, since you have seen it do you think it is worth the 5 hour drive.

Great deal! If I would be in the market, I'd already be on my way.
